Pluto Retrograde Tarot Spread

This Pluto Retrograde Tarot spread will help you to go deep within to uncover hidden truths. Be honest with yourself.
Do you experience power in the form of empowerment? Or do you take your personal power for granted and not fully express yourself? Do you allow others to use their power to dominate or influence you? Do you overpower others so you can avoid facing your own deeper wounds? What about control…do you have a need to control others? Are you trying too hard to control your own life? Self-doubt and self-judgement is a form of control, it keeps you small, it keeps you from your true authentic expression.
Purge the old stories that are no longer serving you. Transformation happens when you allow the destruction to happen. Enlightenment is a destructive process (quoted from Adyashanti), break down all of the conditioning that has gotten in your way of seeing the true light that you are.
Breathe, ground yourself, shuffle your cards and then place one card in each of the seven placements for your personal Pluto Retrograde Tarot reading.

Pluto retrograde 2019 starts on April 24 at 23° Capricorn and ends on October 3 at 20° Capricorn.

The Evolution of My Zumba

I was inspired to start a new health regime which is very normal for me. A forty-day boot camp was being offered at my daughter’s work, so I hopped on board. It was wonderful because it included unlimited access to other local fitness places. I did my usual extreme approach by creating a full-on schedule and daily lifestyle program for the forty days. One of my commitments was Zumba three days a week at the Chair Tease Dance studio.

Completely clueless on what to expect, I showed up for my first class. The owner and instructor Natalie showed me around. She asked if I’ve done Zumba before, and I said yes, but long time ago. She then said well we do it a little differently here, we are a little more aggressive in our approach. And here I was wondering if I’d get much of a workout at a Zumba class? Little did I know what I was in for. If I was paying more attention (just looking at their logo alone would have been a clue) I would have realized I was about to participate in a seductive class at a chair tease dance studio.

Naive and ready, I stood in my spot waiting for the class to start. The large room is dimly lit with small white lights strung along the ceiling. Mirrors were along the wall like most exercise studios. The instructor and her smiling face steps up front, the loud club like music comes on, and the fun begins!

I’m not sure what completely happened in that first class, I went into a mild shell shock once we started moving. I never felt so awkward in my life (okay that’s not true, but almost). I am not a clubber, dancer, partier, or socialite. I’ve spent the last 25 years of my life happily focused on my family and home. It’s not in my nature to just let loose in public, I have the planet Saturn in my first house and a twelfth house Moon in my natal chart.

So, the twerking, body rolling, shoulder shimming, and dropping it to the ground all begins. I kind of wanted to run out of class, but decided it was okay for me to be awkward, it being my first class and all. When all was said and done I headed home. With pancake eyes and delirious enthusiasm, I repeatedly told my story to each family member about my first day at Zumba. Being pretty much ripped out of my comfort zone I had no choice but to feel exhilarated.

My son asked me if I really planned on going back the next day. My OCD said I had to because it was in my schedule and a part of my commitment. Thankfully the second class was a tiny bit less awkward. A few more classes later and I stepped into the “I got this!” zone. I was beginning to do the moves at the right time and closer to the right way. I realized how stiff I had become over my adult years.

The part that I personally loved about this class was it gave me permission to dance and move in a way that didn’t rely on my own skills or imagination. I could follow the instructor which pleased my personal need for structure, yet I got to explore a kind of body freedom that I had unconsciously suppressed over the years. It was a safe way for me to liberate my spirit in motion through my physical form.

Slowly I began to relax enough that I could allow myself to swivel more freely without looking like it was my first day in a new body. I took on the challenge to get better at the class, to remember to have fun, and oh yeah get a great workout while doing so. I think I forgot to mention how intense the actual workout was, because it was the least of my focus, but according to my Fitbit it got my heart rate up to the peak zone and brought me over 6000 steps in one class!

The journey doesn’t end there though. Once I became comfortable enough to be fully participating, something else happened. I started looking a little closer at the image in the mirror that was doing all these crazy moves. I saw someone who became way too comfortable with being comfortable. I was wearing my super used and stretched out Hot Yoga shorts that went just past my knees, ugly old cream coloured indoor runners, and a baggy t-shirt from a flooring store (which sadly is a part of my everyday wardrobe). Here I was doing all of these sexy moves realizing how my frumpy look was not helping me participate in this new image I was trying to embrace. I know, I know…feeling and being sexy comes from the inside out, but since I had to take on the “fake-it until you make-it” approach I desperately needed to do something about this.

Luckily for me my birthday was around the corner. I was given money from my family so that I could go on a shopping spree. I used it to buy clothes I would feel more comfortable in while doing my Zumba. And even though they are far from anything sexy, they are more form fitting and much cuter than what I was wearing. It was a step in the right direction for me, even if it was just a baby one.

I had no idea that showing up to a Zumba class at the Chair Tease Dance studio was going to contribute to my Souls evolution. I am someone who is always learning and growing. I have studied many topics, been certified in many different areas, and take on consciously participating on this journey seriously. Even though I do Bikram Yoga and love to meditate, this kind of class seemed to have awoken a different kind of spiritual connection to my body. It supports my recent adventure of needing to live out loud and to remain pure without care or worry. I believe that moving energy and moving our bodies, is crucial to raising our vibration. It helps us live lighter and more connected to this experience in a holistic way.

Natalie’s Zumba class has liberated my beliefs on how I’m supposed to use my body. I’ve shed about 9 pounds since starting and have shed some inhibitions that I’ve been carrying around for far too long. Every day is an opportunity to grow and evolve, you just need to put yourself out there, out of your comfort zone, and into new places. Showing up for a Zumba class was another one of life’s moments that invoked my presence and awareness.

My call to action was to get out of my over analytical mind and just be in my body. I was pulled to stop attending at one point because of all of the things my mind told me I wasn’t. Not to mention the anxiety to make sure I got there early enough to be in the back row, but then being stuck longer in the large social group situation while waiting for class to start, which I’d rather avoid. But being in the back row wins over avoiding sitting awkwardly waiting for class to begin (I’m much more of a small group or one on one kind of socializer).

I have now let go of all my busyness and fuss around this crazy new Zumba thing I’m doing. No longer do I need to tell everyone I come across about what I’m doing in class that I never thought I’d be doing [insert awkward demonstration here]. I can now just focus on doing this for me and will continue to remind myself to let go of everything else around it.

I’ve accepted that my Mars in Libra loves to dance for exercise and also love that this class does not require any prior pep talk. There are no “I should go exercise” speeches in my mind because I actually want to go. I am getting more fit in the process, which was my goal all along when I first put it in my workout schedule. I guess I just needed a little evolutionary detour through the world of Zumba to recognize that this aligns to my truth, and yes exercise can be fun!Facebookpinterestinstagram

Mercury Retrograde – Stop, Look, and Listen Baby!

e91b90_d38ebb69cfc144848869c68ef5cbb59b-mv2I love when Mercury goes retrograde, and after reading this article, you just might too!

Everyday more people are hearing about “Mercury Retrograde.” The common message is to fear this time, to not make major decisions, or sign any contracts. That is asking a lot since it happens 3 to 4 times a year and for 3 to 4 weeks at a time.

Humans are constantly on the move. We seem to be hard-wired in many parts of the world to always be busy to feel productive. Mercury is the planet that rules communication, short trips, details, clear thinking, and our immediate environment. It generally moves fast and pulls us along through the busy moments of everyday life.

Imagine if you decided to take a road trip, but you drove straight to your destination without stopping. You’d likely be exhausted if the distance was far enough, and it would not be very exciting. The idea of a road trip is to sight see along the way, to explore and connect with the surroundings you find yourself in, to slow down, and then to get going again.

If we recognize our life as one big trip or journey, we would not fare very well if we did not stop from time to time to take inventory, clean up unfinished business, and reflect on where we may need to go next.

This is the gift of Mercury retrograde. If we are going full speed ahead during this time period, we are going to crash!  Mistakes will be made, obstacles will surface, things will fall apart. We are not meant to be going gung-ho during this time. Mercury retrograde is telling us that it is not a time to start new things or projects. It is not a time of new outward expression either. Now is the time to re-connect, re-do, re-think, or re-anything that you have been a part of already.

Go within’. Reflect. Take care of un-finished business. All those exciting adventures you started that you never got around to finishing, well now is the time when the Universe will support you to complete them. We operate much smoother in life when we are not surrounded by clutter, whether it be mental, physical, or spiritual. I love that the Universe has created these pockets of time when we are not expected to go, go, go!

Does this mean hold off on any important decisions, contracts, or trips during this time? No, it does not. What is actually happening during this optical illusion of Mercury going backwards is that Mercury is just closer to the earth now. This means on an energetic level we feel the power of Mercury and all that it influences, much more intensely. Our minds become busier, we trip up on little things throughout our day (including our words), and can be overwhelmed by the amped up volume of Mercury so close to us. This is especially true if we are trying to jam more and more into our life during this time.

Those who report on how negatively they are affected during the time of the retrograde, are likely the ones who still continue to push forward at full speed, trying to do things the way they did when Mercury was less potent. As we move forward on Earth and Mercury appears to be going backward, as we pass it, everything contained in Mercury’s energy moves behind us, ultimately tripping us up. So, when you fall flat on your face, you can shake your head, dust yourself off, and slow down.

This is the reason we are told IF you need to travel, purchase something new, or do a speaking presentation during this time, pay extra attention. Read contracts thoroughly, take the time to be extra prepared and organized. Know that other people will still be going ninety and you will need to be prepared for their stumbles and mistakes. Kind of like defensive driving, you need to be fully aware of your environment to avoid any kind of collision.

The planets have such a beautiful system and message for us.  It is important that we re-connect to these cycles so that we may allow our journey to unfold in a much more natural process. When we are out of sync with nature, the planets and the rhythm of life, it becomes very stressful and hard to manage.  All planets go retrograde at some point or another. Every planet represents a different urge and motivation along our journey, so when it goes retrograde we get the opportunity to connect on a much deeper, intimate level with that part of ourselves. It really is a brilliant system.

For those more advanced when it comes to astrology, know that some Mercury retrogrades will be felt more than others. See where in your birth chart that the retrograde transit will be happening. Look for any hard aspects. Figure out just which area of life (which house) you need to be spending some quality time in. Sort out what is no longer needed in this area, pay closer attention to these specific details, and complete any unfinished business here.

Another thing that can happen is some people operate smoother during the retrogrades. It is quite likely they were born with Mercury retrograde in their birth chart. This is a familiar speed that resonates with their natural disposition. It may also be easier for those whom are just more “chill” on all levels?

Regardless of the upheaval that the retrograde does or does not give you, accept the subtle hint that the Universe is reminding us of. If we remain on one constant forward speed, our engines will eventually burn out. So, gear down, stop, and become fully present. Take inventory of your life, de-clutter, organize, and complete unfinished business. The last thing you want is a slap in the face from Mercury as it goes on by.

Mercury retrograde is telling you to Stop, Look, and Listen baby, ‘cos that’s its philosophy…and that’s alright by me!

Work, Astrology, and the Elements

four-elementsIf the place you work at everyday creates stress and discomfort, then I recommend you pass this article along to your boss.  If you are the boss, manager, or supervisor and you feel you are not getting the productivity or respect from your employees that you feel you should, then sit down and take five to read this.

Synergy in the work place is a win-win for everybody. Unfortunately I have witnessed too many business owners with the need to become bigger and better at the expense of their staff.  They are more than comfortable with the win-lose scenario if their bank accounts are growing.  The staff becomes dispensable or the state of their well-being is disregarded.  Now of course there are businesses out there that actually get it, and know a healthy staff is a healthy business. So these places can just take in a few extra tips here to improve an already thriving environment.

What does a great boss or business owner look like?  For one, they care.  They care about the hearts of the people that have chosen to spend their daily expression at their place of business.  They know that everyone has gifts and talents that they may still be figuring out how to express.  Nurturing others and bringing out the best in them will help everybody learn and grow. Yelling, talking down to, or intimidating your staff will only create a weak foundation of fear and negativity.

When we can accept that everyone contains the energy of the four elements within, but at different levels, then we might not be so quick to judge or expect others to behave a certain way.  There is the energy of the Earth element, the Water element, the Fire element, and the Air Element.  The fifth element is Love and it is the whole of who we are.  It is expressed the strongest once we’ve learned how to balance out our four elements.  In the meantime it is best if we accept our natural elements within, at whatever level we experience them.

The expression of the Earth element is very grounded.  People with this as a strong energy in their astrological birth chart are considered “down to earth”. They are the best at being present to what needs to be done.  They like being physical and active in the work place, but at their own pace which usually isn’t too fast.  They are thorough and methodical.  This practical approach usually leads to a job well done.  Sometimes they can be stubborn, but their commitment is strong.  They help ground those around them that are naturally lacking this energy in their being.  They are the rock for those who are prone to spiral out of control in an unpredictable situation.  Everyday life is what they know how to do best and this shows up in the work place as well.

The expression of the Water element is sensitive and feeling based.  These people connect to their emotions and how things make them feel.  They are quite empathetic and have strong intuitional tendencies.  Because they feel so much so deeply they can be prone to over emotionalism at times.  This emotional expression is a way to release the overflowing energy that they have absorbed from their environment.  The sensitivities that a strong Water element person brings is the understanding of the importance of personal connections and how to relate to others from a deeper, more emotional place.  Others will feel accepted and understood in their presence.

The expression of the Fire element is quick and lively.  They are those high- energy people that have no problem putting themselves out there.  They like to be spontaneous.  Sometimes they may over react (combust) in certain situations or say things without thinking first.  They naturally raise the energy in a room and therefore can be utilized in keeping everyone’s mojo up.  Naturally passionate they breathe fire into any area they are interested in.  They can also contribute to doing the tougher jobs that takes a more feisty personality like dealing with conflict.

The expression of the Air element is very thought oriented, intuitive, and quick. Some with this strong energy love to talk a lot and if it isn’t out loud then it is in their heads.  Their minds are always going and sometimes it is hard to keep them focused on one thing for any length of time.  They like learning, change and movement.  They come up with great ideas and communicate them well. Very animated in their expression they like to talk with their hands.  Air types can be scattered with their energies at times, but they have many great ideas to contribute to any work place and will clearly communicate what needs to be said in any given situation.

Understanding that everyone has strengths and weaknesses is important. Enhancing our strengths will help us to feel good about ourselves and this will naturally support and encourage us to strengthen our weaker elements.  If the work place is balanced with different personality types then the business will be balanced and all will feel good.  Everyone will have their part and everyone will learn from each other.  Diversity in people is a gift. We are not robots and therefore should not expect people or employees to all behave the same way. Yes, I get that you may be running a business and want uniformity, but let that stay in the business end of things.  Lets support each other’s gifts and strengths and allow each other to shine the best they know how to.

If we take some time to learn how our elements balance out in our own astrological birth chart, we will become more conscious of our own make-up and will be able to accept the truths of our being.  If we discover there is no air in our chart we will understand why we may have always struggled putting our feelings into words, communicating with others, or no interest in reading.  If we see that we have an over abundance of water in our chart then our sensitivities and over emotionalism will make sense.  Maybe you lack fire and really need to be pushed to motivate yourself to follow through with all of your great ideas because you are very high in air?  If there is little earth in your chart you may struggle with the day to day duties.  Knowing where we fall short helps us to understand where we need to put the extra efforts in our lives.  Knowing these things about the people you work with everyday helps us accept each other without trying to change or control one another.

We are all in this together.  There are ways to love and accept each other regardless of the type of relationship we have.  It is easier to do once we’ve done the work on ourselves and can fully love and accept who we are and what we have to offer.  When we choose to show up at a place of work everyday to give our time and energy, why not make it a positive, healthy environment.  This goes for stay at home parents too.  Understanding your children’s gifts based on their stronger elements will help you enhance what they enjoy doing everyday, and you can actively support their weaker elements.

Now some of us are fortunate to be naturally balanced in all four elements.  If you want to know what your special formula looks like, find an online astrology site that will figure it out for you for free, or contact some who studies astrology and find it out with them, plus a whole lot more!

Did you RTFM?

Why did we not come with a manual when we were born?  I know many parents would have loved this when they brought children into their world. If we had the opportunity to read our own personal manual to understand our purpose and experiences in this life, then maybe there would not be so many lost souls struggling to figure out what the point of all of this is.

Well I have come bearing good news, for those who are unaware…we did come with a manual!  It may sound crazy, but it is true.  You might want to read my previous article “Who is Driving…Hu or Man?” first, to get a better understanding of what I am about to address here, but maybe you will understand it anyway?

First off Hu (our life essence, energy from source, God) does not come with a manual.  It does not need one because it just “IS”, the old “I AM that I AM” energy cannot be put into any sort of intellectual script to be understood. If you are fortunate enough, Hu is doing the majority of the driving for your human vehicle, and this is where we get to “trust in the process” of life.

For the most of us though, we have not yet figured out how to keep “Man” (our ego self) out of the drivers seat, and so then we get taken on some pretty crazy rides, that sometimes lead us off of our path (life detours).  Now I realize there is a debate on whether everything happens for a reason, and that it is all suppose to be what it is.  Some believe we get to figure out where free will comes in, and when it does, then that is what it was suppose to be… or was it? If we believe in free will, then the question becomes whether or not that free will decisions are pre-destined already or are we able to alter the course as we go?  You decide which theory works best for you.

I accept that at this time I am not aware of all of the answers to the big questions in life.  I know that my beliefs change and evolve over time as I remember the truth of my being. I will now get to the point of what I wanted to discuss in this article.

Man… is the ego expression of our self in this lifetime.  It is what gives us our unique sense of being as an individual doing our “part” here. The manual I discussed earlier is the manual for the Man-being of our existence.  If you would like to know how to successfully operate this useful tool along your journey, so that your soul may evolve as it came here to do, then RTFM! (For those who don’t know what RTFM stands for it is Read The F***king Manual!). Where would one find this manual I am speaking of, you may be wondering?

Well when you were born you entered this world at a precise moment in time here on earth.  In that very moment if you were to take a snapshot picture of the sky, from the location you arrived, there you would see what astrologers refer to as your birth natal chart.  This is your specific manual for this journey.  In it you will discover the energies that you chose to make up your persons expression, to come here and learn exactly what you need to. You will find your obstacles, your gifts, your influences and desires all in this astrological manual.

The manual is translated on many levels.  Most of us are aware of our Sun sign and it’s interpretation.  Since some do not fully realize that it is just one piece of the puzzle in a chart, although a significant one, they tend to brush off astrology as nonsense if they cannot fully relate to it.

When we start to explore our chart even just a little bit, we soon discover all of the many cosmic influences that express themselves through our personal being. There can be very dominating aspects that create certain patterns in our behaviour that we may not realize these are the reasons we are doing the things we do.  Feeling stuck or frustrated in life we end up confused at the outcomes of our journey, so we continue on the treadmill of cycles trying to figure out what we are doing wrong.  Or sometimes we are aware of certain gifts or talents we may have, but do not know how to direct them, or do not realize they are one of the most significant factors in our purpose of this life.

Learning to interpret a birth chart can bring a sense of relief when we see that the challenges we face in life are intentional.  This is a blueprint of our internal wiring. As we evolve and are influenced by the multiple environmental circumstances, we may recognize that there may be some re-wiring required to achieving our souls purpose. Before one starts messing with this sensitive system, it helps to know how everything is naturally hooked up first.  The nature of astrology is so complex that you will have to do your own homework to learn how to read a chart, or find someone to help read it for you.  Once you start though, the fascinations will more than likely pull you in so much, that you will effortlessly want to carry on exploring!

Here is a brief breakdown of a chart:  There are the planets (Saturn, Mars, Venus etc.) in our solar system that each emanate a specific kind of energy and bring certain lessons to us.  How the lessons are taught is filtered through the different zodiac signs (Libra, Taurus, Leo etc.) energy. The areas in our life, or where these lessons take place happen in various “houses” in a chart, for the interpretation of this aspect you will need the exact time of your birth.  Each house is designated to a specific subject or topic in the human journey.  When looking at a birth chart you will see it all divided up into twelve sections, these are the houses.  Where the planets are placed, and which signs occupy the different houses, creates the energetic expression of you.  Without diving into any more details of reading a chart at this time, I will move on now.

If we accept that we came here with a mission, and we want to accomplish this mission, then it might not be such a bad idea to RTFM! This manual holds the valuable information of where we have come from, the karmic lessons we have come to deal with, the operating tools we have been provided with for this particular mission, and how and where to use them.  We can discover where we need to work harder, what natural gifts we can embrace, and what details are important to not overlook.  This of course is only if we want to consciously be participating with completing what we came here to do individually.

Over the years I have witnessed multiple ways to get a job done.  It’s kind of like assembling a piece of furniture.  You have the natural intuitive who has learned over the years what works and what does not.  They toss aside the instructions and just piece together the project in front of them.  It was likely that this was after many years of trial and error that they started to pay attention to what worked and what didn’t.  They may have learned through other people’s mistakes, maybe they listened to the wisdom of their elders, or maybe they just tapped into source and surrendered to the ultimate truth for their situation. These people have developed their conscious connection to the greater whole.

There are also those who toss aside the instructions and fumble their way through the process.  They can sometimes be the know it all’s and often find themselves back tracking because things didn’t quite line up properly.  Maybe their piece of furniture is now crooked or unstable, or they are left over with some mysterious pieces that they have no idea where they belong? They were too eager to get the job done and not pay attention to the details.  Sometimes after great frustration they disassemble everything and start from scratch. They may even do this multiple times before they choose to look a little closer at the important details they overlooked.  If they are fortunate, they get to a place where they feel complete with their project, imperfections included. Whether or not they completed the project they were supposed to in this lifetime is another story.

When we purchase a new gadget with multiple functions we can choose to explore its abilities by playing around with it.  Sometimes we get frustrated because we can’t figure out how to make a particular feature work, and this is where to RTFM will make a difference.  It will also help learn about all the incredible functions that it is capable of. Reading the manual of our Man being, AKA the astrological birth chart, we get insider details so precise on the mission we signed up for and how we are meant to execute it, I cannot imagine not reading it once one has learned of its existence.  It is in my chart though to dive deep into the depths of astrology, so of course I think that way.

As this great shift in consciousness continues to expand amongst the collective, more and more of us are tapping into our souls purpose for evolution.  We are seeing and feeling the magical thread that weaves itself through all of existence. We are feeling connected to our power and know we are greater than this temporary human experience.

More of us are realizing that our soul did come here with a mission so defined and detailed like a well-oiled machine, and that every individual part is required here.  The more of us that express our part the way it was assigned to do so, the more the other parts are supported to run the way they are suppose to.  As a whole we start generating the most magnificent source of energy in the cosmos, expanding to a place that one could only once imagine.

When you are ready you may choose to connect to your souls purpose in this life’s mission.  There are many outlets to do so.  I personally have discovered that reading the astrological birth chart has been the most clear, biggest writing on the wall ever of what we have each come here to do and be.  It is actually quite the gift we have been given.  It is a manual that provides the blue print of your journey and continues to be a checking point along the way as you follow the movement of the sky and line it up with your original chart. It becomes a continuous language to de-code as you follow the ever-changing pulse of life.

Now it is not in my nature to share, what seems like an aggressive message to me, the importance to RTFM.  I just remember a time when computers were still new to have in our home, and there was a family member of mine who was quite genius in understanding how to operate them. His biggest complaint was people not reading the manuals to the new software, any add on accessory, or the computer itself.  They were always asking him for advice for something that was clearly stated in the manual already.  He used to always ask first, did you RTFM TWICE!?  Yes he still helped people, especially if they did read the manual and were still confused, but he would ask if they have done this first, since he did not support laziness.

How can you expect to understand something new to you if you don’t take the time to read the instructions that it came with?  If you believe in past lives, you may know this isn’t your first barn dance. Regardless, we seem to have been designed with an amnesia feature that takes effort to transform it.  As we re-discover our truth, without judgement we can gracefully accept our personal mission.

If trial and error, hit and miss, or repetition is your thing, then carry on with whatever floats your boat.  But, if the truth of your souls mission is important to you, and you want to understand the unique intricacies of the who, what, when, where, why and how’s of it all, then maybe, just maybe, you’ll take the time to RTFM!

Who is driving… HU or MAN?

Earth Angel 70

We are human, which is made up of two main parts.  The HU (pronounced hue) is our true essence, our soul, and the truth of who we are.  The MAN (pronounced ego), is the stuff we manifest here on earth, the energy that can be manipulated and thrown around in every direction.

We are made up of both energies, but HU is what we are and the MAN is what we use as our tool.  When we recognize MAN is taking control, we can then see we have misplaced the true purpose of MAN’s role in our life. HU just “is” and if we recognize when we have lost touch with HU we can then choose to return to this connected place once again. This will effortlessly diminish the power of MAN’s egoistic energy.

When we recognize these two parts of our existence, we then can see which one we have allowed in the drivers seat in different situations of our lives.  Now MAN should not ever be in the drivers seat, it is just the passenger, it can help with navigation, passing you some water, taking care of HU (you :).   It is the assistant along this journey.

If this energy jumps in the driver seat, put it back in its place.  It is not your truth, you are HU, don’t get fooled by this very tricky part of yourself.  It has a place, just know where that is and there will be a lot less stress, pain, and discomfort.  Not that those things are bad to feel and experience, they are actually necessary in evolving HU, but it cannot be done effectively unless MAN is in the passenger seat and HU in the drivers seat.

The gift of having HU taking us along in this journey is accepting that we do not have to attach to our ego’s ideas and judgements of who we think we are.  The concepts that we create, of what we are all about don’t exist in the presence in HU.  All of the ego’s structure falls away; it no longer defines us because we know that it is all an illusion of the mind.  These defining beliefs that we create, is what also creates separateness.  Ego makes us feel special to have a sense of an individual identity.

HU is oneness.  The only thing that creates the separation is our personalities in our passenger seat that we allow to direct us on our journey.  It creates the varying dynamics on our planet.  It gives us the outlets to learn, grow and evolve to the point where we realize that the truth of who we are is of all the same energy, from the same source.  It is like we have all been given assignments to come here on earth to complete. When I look at everyone’s birth natal charts in astrology and I see how aligned everyone is with the energies of the planets of their chart, it tells me that the universe is much greater than my MAN’s mind could ever fully understand.

The complexity of a birth chart has so much detail happening that lines up with each persons journey, that I am amazed when people say that astrology is nonsense.  I realize that most people only think about their sun sign in astrology and don’t fully understand the depth to reading a whole chart, but more people are starting to get it and accept its purpose.

Even fully understanding a birth chart in astrology is just a tool used here. It is a stepping-stone to the realization of the ultimate acceptance of HU.  The mind that creates the attachments to the beliefs about who we are and what we do is the false self that we create.  A picture gets painted of our reality based on the ideas we hold on to.  We decide if we feel good enough or worthy enough to be or do certain things in this life.  We decide if other people are doing their life right or wrong, based on the belief system we have bought into.  Eventually, if we are fortunate enough, none of this will matter.  We wont get so caught up in the chaos of our minds.  We will acknowledge our passenger in the seat beside us, but a knowing of our true essence, the HU that runs through us all that “IS”.  It just is, and there are no egoistic, man driven definitions to label, judge, control, or manipulate it.  It is the truth of who we all are.

So the next time you find yourself in a stressed out situation, maybe ask yourself how you can put MAN back in the passenger seat and allow HU to take the wheel.

Remember HU comes before MAN for a reason.  We are HU first, MAN second.  If life is seeming a little messed up, you are likely operating as a MAN-HU, and that’s just silly! You are a HUMAN.
